About

Anthony Beven is a lighting director, programmer, and laserist currently out of Las Vegas. He specializes in live music events, and has experience with corporate, theater, and dance shows as well.

Starting off as an AV tech in the Bay Area in high school he quickly became obsessed with the world of AV, eventually going to Emerson College for a BFA in Theater Design & Technology with a concentration in Lighting Design. In that time he began working in night life with lighting director positions at The Middle East, The Sinclair, and Venu, while doing freelance work around town and getting a Laser Safety Officer certification from ILDA. Graduating in 2020 he moved to Las Vegas the following year, working at Tao Group as an L1 and laserist. He worked at Tao/Tao Beach, Marquee Day/Nightclub, Jewel, Moneybaby, and eventually working up to being the L1 at Omnia Night Club in Caesar’s Palace. He currently resides doing lights and video at XS and Encore Beach Club at the Wynn.
